The examples http://www.avoka.com/click-examples/ haven't been working for a week
or so.

Thanks Tim, examples are up again. Seems they switched off the examples
because Bing.com ignored robots.txt and kept crawling the site. To
resolve this Avoka has resorted to blocking Bing's IP address.
