We have made available the binary of our latest version of Oktopous ccXML PIK free for download from
phonologies.com. It is based on the original open source Oktopous ccXML PIK with significant improvements over the open source version, specifically in performance and compliance to the latest W3C CCXML 1.0 draft spec. Right now this version is for Linux systems and the API is very similar to open source version. This version also comes with detailed integration documentation. Windows support will be made available by August end this year.
