Hi,

We've found 2 problems in the OVAL repository. First, in def:6314, tst:10629 has 2 state_ref. Neither of the states exists in this OVAL definition. Second, there are several OVAL definitions that have platform "Microsoft Windows 2003". We think they need to be consistent with other OVALs and changed to "Microsoft Windows Server 2003".

Thanks,

Pai

Pai,

Thanks for reporting these issues. It looks like the condition where a test references more than one state was not tested when we were working to upgrade to version 5.6. We should have a fix for this issue shortly.

The content has been updated and corrected. Please note that the html view of the test has not yet been corrected. This bug will likely be fixed tomorrow or early next week. So for the moment the html view still has an issue, but the content is correct and any downloads are correct.

Along the way I also corrected the affected platforms on the definitions that showed windows 2003 instead of windows server 2003.

Thanks,

Jon
