OSGeo "incubation" process: remaining issues

Hi again,

we have to solve this problem: in the  Libs, there are a few
references to GPL 2  instead of >= GPL 2 as elsewhere:
          o ./grass6/lib/cdhc/
          o ./grass6/lib/imagery/
          o ./grass6/lib/init/license.txt

Upgrade?

Hello,
from all that I can tell GRASS is ready to graduate. I suggest you add
updating those Libs as a task to Trac and add the link to that task to the
Incubation Process page in the Wiki:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/GRASS_Provenance_Review#-_imagery

Please let me know if there are any issues left open from your side?

If everything is fine with you I would like to propose GRASS for graduation.

This is excellent news!  Almost there!  Markus and Arnulf have put quite
a bit of time and people prodding into this.  Thank you for your
valuable contributions to GRASS' incubation.
