OSGeo Annual Report - GRASS Activities

OSGeo calls for contributions to the annual report:
 http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/discuss/2008-January/002905.html

I have started to draft the GRASS-PSC and related activities at:
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/GRASS_GIS_Report_2007

Please complete/modify/revise - perhaps better write text rather than
creating lists (it should be human readable in the end!)?.

We should complete your report within this month (best 18 January).

It is almost completed, we are waiting for mentors approval to reach graduation
(or identification of remaining problems), see
http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/GRASS_Incubation_Status#Open_Issues

(developers are invited to fix outstanding issues)
