ODBC Provider on XLS Reads Incomplete

Hi,

Has anyone seen an issue with a SystemDSN connection to an XLS file where all the fields are recognised, geometry determined but only 11 out of the 13 rows are read.  Tested in our app and FDOToolbox so I am sure it is an FDO / ODBC issue.

Attached is sample file that is driving me crazy.

I too can only see 11 rows. This sounds like a defect to me.
