Weather really good again today. I could to the wash but I am so tired the pills for my choelstral floor me. Hit my muscles and make me tired I really need that on top of fibro/CFS . Does anyone else take these pills and do they have the same effect on you ??

Morning guys,

Hmm, bit of rain about today, but have put the cosy lights on in the living room so feel happier watching the box now! No energy today, must be the weather and hydrotherapy yesterday. I have to say that the hydro is really helping, think we're into week 7 or 8 now and as it's ongoing, there's no problem with thinking of something else to replace it with. The Portishead Lifeboat have donated £500 to our group towards the projector and I'm looking around for exercise to show the group so if you have any suggestions please let me know.

T'other subject is our Hippychick. It's been an awful few months for her with her mum and now hubby becoming very ill. Her emails are very detailed but make very interesting reading and I have decided that it's easier to forward the two of them complete - so, if you'd like to find out whats been happing and still is going on then please email me and I'll forward them to you.

Have a very un-grey day folks

Hi all, quiet on here again isn't it? Never mind, maybe it's christmas shopping thas keeping us all busy!!! I know I'm not so no excuse there!!

So...... whats everyone up to, I see Joy has lost the plot again, nothing new there then missus!!

I'm helping prepare our next fundraiser, a quiz night next week! Are you coming Wendy? WSMare has booked five teams!! It's also the night that the Portishead Lifeboat peeps hand over our cheque for £500 towards our group projector. The funds from the quiz night will also go toward this project so fingers crossed its a great success. I'm in the process of delegating jobs and doing that on the pooter!! Watch this space.......

Moving house is still on the agenda but its so hard to find any energy these days and when I do it's used up on household boring stuff  so slow but sure is my way forward!!

Other than that, enjoying the unexpected sunshine today and loving the trees this year, havent they been a riot of colour? Fabulous!!

Take care all,

Joo x

I remember Steeleye Span, anyone remember Family and Curved Air?

Sounds like lots of changes going on in your life Olive, I'm sure the kids will be visiting your craft room soon, I have stacks of craft stuff waiting for my lot to come over but now they do clubs and school it's not too often but ho hum......life goes on I guess.

Know what you mean about aches and pains Joy, ooch, ouch! No wonder all those grannies and grandpas go off to Spain for the winter - now I understand why!!

Have been trying to suss out a part time college course for next september but not getting on too well really, it's very confusing and paying full price means I want to get it right! I wish I could see some of the teachers work but it's never on show!

Very windy here in Bristol tonight, not too cold tho'. Off to meet some newish friends from my sewing class tomorrow and as it doesn't involve walking anywhere, I'm happy!

Hi all

I love going to college and learning new things. Have you tried pottery Joo I really enjoyed that done nothing since but I could if I wished. I have to pay full price too. I wanted to resit British Sign Lanuage ( I have forgot such a lot) conssesion was £39. full price £187 so I gave it a miss and did healing instead.

Ye !!!  give me some sunshine. wish I could go abroad for the winter , I am one of the daft folks that couldn't leave my family for that long . My back is always cold no matter what I do even in bed . lol now now folks I sleep on my own !!

The only crafts I do for my Grandkids now is sew holes up in thier clothes  lol

  even the 20yr olds

Have a great weekend all

Hey Joo are you saying I am an old hippy ??? peeps to call me that , along with other things    Bit of a mixture really cause I am a heavy rock fan.

What about Yes & Rush another of the old great groups. There was , still is, a local pup that hosted up and coming bands I watched Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, Yes, Rush, Sabbeth, Dereck& Dominoes to name a few, before they were famous. Many years ago that . Just put me teeth back in put on my fullfy slippers and comb my old white hair lol

Looks like a nice day today .

I am scared to look in the mirrior I have been letting my hair grow for about 3mths and last night my G/daughter cut it ,I was so fed up with it . Have I done the right thing   ???

Have a good weekend all what ever you are up too
