This email is to inform you of upcoming maintenance scheduled to be performed at the Six Feet Up datacenter Wednesday, September 2nd starting at 1 am ET. This maintenance window will be for 8 hours.
In order to continue providing our customers with the best value in Zope application hosting, we must make upgrades to our infrastructure. These upgrades will provide additional capacity for higher volume sites as well as extra redundancy for all of our customers.
We do not anticipate more than sixty (60) minutes of service interruption for any single server during the maintenance window, although intermittent interruptions in service may occur during these hours.
Once complete, all servers and services will be tested to ensure they are online and available. If you experience a problem after the maintenance window has ended, please file a ticket with the support system by sending an email to
[hidden email]. This will ensure your issue is tracked and handled quickly and efficiently.
