Noise removal sounds very wobbly in 1.3.9

Hi!

It seems to me that some interaction with the new experimental
RealFFTf causes noise removal to sound incredibly wobbly in 1.3.9. I
suspected it was an issue with floating point precision, but at least
changing the RealFFTf .h and .cpp (and calling sites where necessary)
to use doubles instead did not fix the issue, so I'm not sure it's a
precision issue.

I think this is most clearly audible with fairly big levels of noise
in the noise sample (but default parameters to the noise removal
effect) and possibly comparing with output in 1.3.7 if you can't hear
it otherwise.

In Audacity 1.3.7 the quality was OK. The wobbly noise is so
noticeable that if I had heard that before, I'd know. I actually only
noticed this because I by accident ran 1.3.9 instead of my local
hacked 1.3.7 (to use FFTW if you remember that episode and my patches;
now in 1.3.9 the noise removal speed is good, so I might start using
it, but the quality is bad).
