No audio on Linewatch?

I'm not getting any audio on 'Linewatch'. I noticed that the last 4% of the download took a lot of time, in fact, some rates were .1 kb/sec. Can anyone help me with this?

Try updating your drivers. That is the most likely cause, sound card, audio drivers, etc. Or just use VLC player, KMPlayer or even GOM. If its anything else, forgive it it's ten to four here and I'm pretty tired.

I've already discovered that the audio is there, but not coming through with WMP. I'm using the ffdshow audio decoder, and I'm not sure what codec Linewatch requires. Ffdshow is playing most other Xvid movies. I'm wondering if I've missed chosing an important audio codec to be turned on in ffdshow. Maybe I should install AC3filter. Unless there's an important reason to, I'd prefer not to add any others.

I would install the AC3Filter. A lot of movies will work with it.
