I have a Plone 2.1.4 site with Linguaplone. When the first page is viewed in a browser session, plone displays the default-language-version of the page but doesn't display the navigation. It shows only the 'Home' link and links to both languages (I believe it is called the language switcher). Normally it shows only the link to the respectively other language - excuse my english - I mean the not-current language. So it seems that in some place the variable that contains the shortname of the current language ('en' or 'de') is not set where it should.
If anybody had any idea how to fix that, I would be very, very thankful
