New user of Audacity!Need help

Hello!!! I'm Elisa and i jsut started to use audacity to record some songs!!! It's awesome!

Anyway..i need some help as a new user...

Does Audacity have more effects to appy to the voice besides Gverb?If yes where what are they and where do i download the plug-ins?

I wanted to hold a note longer so insted of record again i copied and pasted the note 2 or 3 times but you can tell that i added on...is there a way to make it soud like one note even if it's pasted there? I hope you guys can understand what i wanted to say!
