I've created a new forum where I can put all posts that don't conform to the forum rules (until users edit them accordingly). Anyway, this is one way to enforce the rules, keep the forums in line with them, and allow people the option of fixing such posts.
Feel free to continue discussion of posts in that forum, though, if you want.
