I received this email content from Anglican Mainstream (UK):

The Anglican Network in Canada and Anglican TV have sent out these
news reports and media advice about the launch of the constitution of
the new North American Anglican Church which will also endorse the
statement of the Global Anglican Future Conference and the Jerusalem
Declaration.

The Anglican Network in Canada reports: “The Common Cause
Partnership bishops met on Monday and Tuesday near Chicago. Today and
tomorrow the full Common Cause Council meets to finalize a draft
constitution for a new North American Church which will be officially
launched on Wednesday evening at a celebration service.

AnglicanTV plans to live stream the Common Cause celebration service
from Wheaton, Illinois on Wednesday (Dec 3) at 7:30pm Central
Standard Time [1.30 a.m. Thursday GMT]. Earlier in the day,
AnglicanTV will also live stream a news conference – at 5:30pm CST
[11.30 p.m. GMT] – at which the constitution of the new Anglican
Church in North America will be released.”

AnglicanTV advises that it “will be live streaming the historic
December 3rd worship service in Wheaton, IL, at which the Common
Cause Partnership will make public the draft constitution of an
emerging Anglican Church in North America and officially endorse the
statement of the Global Anglican Future Conference (GAFCON) and the
Jerusalem Declaration. The service will begin at 7:30 p.m at the
Wheaton Evangelical Free Church, 520 E. Roosevelt Road.

“You can find the live stream on our home page (www.anglicantv.org)
and on our blog. We will also be providing embed coding for other
websites and blogs that wish to use our stream.

In addition, after the service AnglicanTV will live stream the press
conference from the church which is to include all the common cause
partners. After the press conference we will post a video interview
with Bishop Robert Duncan.”
