National Level Grievance Filed - Deductions of Riffle/3-M

In dispute is the Postal Service’s position, that when routes do not meet the
2400 piece weekly average during a mail count, management must deduct
any “Riffling” time associated with DPS and also deduct any “3-M” mail
(in the appropriate columns) that was separately tracked and identified
that had received double credit per the attached letter to the Step 4 grievance.

How much riffling time can you have when you average less than 1 tray of mail a day? All routes were hammered on Column 17 time which is all but gone now. Inverted DPS and now this. We are losing hours and the union is grieving seconds. Urrrgh!

if the route is getting that little dps its already getting counted as sector segment so why should it get extra time for riffling?  its not dps
