YOUR IDEA OR CHANGE Any resolution containing the words "The NRLCA shall negotiate for" shall be considered a BINDING resolution.
WHY DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT Binding resolutions are defined as those resolutions which the National Board has full authority over. There are some resolutions which pass without any objections and/or which the membership expects will be given high priority in the negotiations. The National Board has "full authority over" what it takes to the negotiating table. These should be binding resolutions and considered INSTRUCTIONS rather than simply "advisory in nature" to the Board.
