We already have this. Its called the Stewards system. On the NRLCA website, there is a listing of the state stewards and assistant state stewards. Find the one that covers your office, click on the name, and you will get their address and phone number. Call or (Heaven forbid!) increase the mail volume by writing a letter.
If you don't get attention from them, the National Office's phone number is also listed on the website. But you can't expect the few people in the national office to answer EVERY Joe Carrier's question can you? Start locally and work your way up.
