From the NRLCA site:

2009 NRLCA Library DVD Available for Purchase

The 2009 version of the NRLCA Library Reference disk is available to any NRLCA member. It is in a DVD format, so you must have a DVD drive on your computer or laptop in order to view the files. If you would like a copy, please send a check or money order for $10.00 made out to "National Rural Letter Carriers' Association".

Only requests that are submitted via the United States Postal Service will be processed. Please allow a reasonable time for home delivery of the DVD.

Ok? So what's in this library disk? I went to the union site and it does not say what's in it. One would think that if the dang disk was so important, they'd at least give you a hint of what it contains. Oh, my error, what was I thinking, when was the last time the union actually communicated in a cogent manner?

It's probably the same library disc they give Stewards that has all the postal manuals, handbooks, contract, constitution, and MOU's.  The other disc Stewards get has the Step 4 Grievances on it.  I'm sure it's not that one.
