MuseScore forums in more languages

Some time ago, I mentioned that MuseScore.org will be reaching out to non English speakers by adding forums in more languages. Although it's not sure yet whether there is enough critical user mass in the other languages tot sustain non English forums, nothing can stop us to test it out and launch a dedicated French forum for a test period: http://musescore.org/fr/forum

As you will see, the French forum only contains one container: Questions Générales. I want to avoid adding a 'bugs' container because development is done in the langua franca English and so bugs should be reported in the English forum. More containers can be added on request.

If the test doesn't work out, the French forum can be easily closed and all topics can be added to the English one. Obviously, when it does work out fine, more forums can be added in any enabled language.

Both English and French forum have now dedicated feeds for topics and comments. You'll need to subscribe on each feed for each forum.
