Multiple Moderators??

Can I set up one account/forum but have multiple moderators for the same forum?
Could each moderator have their own passwords for the same account?

You can make other users administrators of your forum. This can be done in the "Options > Users > Who are members?" screen, where the "Is admin" checkbox can be selected for each user.

So each potential admin or poster needs to sign up for Nabble?

Yes. Another option is to create an account and share the login/password with your friends, but this could be dangerous.
