Mouse wheel scrolls only downward

Hi there, I just installed Netbeans 6.8 M2 for PHP and found that the mouse wheel does not scroll correctly. It does not matter the direction I scroll the wheel, editor always scrolls downward. Is there any fix yet to this issue?



OS: Windows 7 RC1 64Bit

Netbeans version: Netbeans 6.8 M2 PHP

Mouse: Microsoft Laser Mouse 6000

Java: 1.5.0_11; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_11-b03

This does not sound like a NetBeans specific problem, I would guess it's
the JVM. Does the mouse scroll as expected in other applications,
including other Java applications?

The problem might be fixed with an upgrade to Java 6.

Thanks for your reply Tomasz Slota. Yes, mouse scroll works fine in Zend Studio (eclipse-based) which uses the same JRE.

Eclipse does not use Swing, I would still try to upgrade Java...
