Dear fellas,
I am trying out Quills on Plone 3.1.3.
One of my goals is to migrate a blog of mine from Blogspot to Quills. I am even considering the "copy-paste" approach, since the blog is still very small (less the 50 posts). But I am in doubt about two things:
1 - What would be the best strategy to migrate comments? I am not expecting to have the authorship of comments to be linked to Plone users, but at least I'd like to change the author for each comment to reflect the original commenter's name
2 - When I copy paste a blog post, the date it gets filed is the creation date, and the order the blog posts appear is the modified order... I'd like to be able to control both the date and the order, and I'd like that to reflect the date of the post in the original Blogger blog. Is that possible?
I think the two problems would have the same (or similar) solution as if I used core Plone to implement the blog or another blog product.
