Migrating to MySQL from Built in DB

 Apologize for my newbness, however I am unable to locate instructions on
how to migrate over to MYSQL or Microsoft SQL from built in DB.

One idea is to export the DB in SQL and reimport the SQL in the other  
DB.

Another solution is to export your wiki. See http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/Backup
