Menu fixes

There were a few capitalization and ellipsis ("...") mistakes in the
MuseScore menus. I fixed the menu names as they appear in the tr() in
the menus.cpp file and the QT_TR_NOOP() in the actions.cpp.

I was wondering if these minor changes would break the translations for
any menu item I fixed. (I don't have a build to check this)

I just build r1107 and run it as French and indeed it breaks the translation of some items.
I think (but I'm not sure) that the hard coded text in cpp files is used as key in TS files. So you might need to change the TS files accordingly.
Maybe Werner can confirm ?

Could you create the TS files for me so I can fix the menu items that
broke after my changes in r1107.

Updated *.ts files are now available from svn suppository
