If it's no longer meeting, then it seems like we can't schedule one at
MIT :)

Where at MIT? Pick a date?

Shekhar,

It would be great to plan something for early October. How about Tues
Oct 7 at MIT?

I'll still be in South Africa, for what it's worth. (I get back on the
10th.)

I'd love to have something before I leave, if people are up to it.

how does monday, 9/22, at MIT work?
one agenda topic could be a publicly searchable version of MIT GeoWeb -
the MIT Geodata Repository.
I have a few room options at MIT in mind - shekhar let me know if you
have a strong opinion about rooms.

Sounds fine to me. What kind of time do we want, in any case? 5pm? 7pm?
Does anyone have a preference?

Monday 22 September is fine with me. Lisa I don't have any room
preferences at MIT, so long as we have a place with a projector and
screen for show and tell. I would also like to share some of the work I
did this summer with the Maps Division of the New York Public Library
and using OpenStreetMap in India.

Best,

Shekhar

My first choice would be 6pm, but I can be flexible.
For rooms, I've reserved the GIS lab and another room, both are located
in Rotch Library, building 7, room 238, and both have projectors.
http://whereis.mit.edu/map-jpg?mapterms=7-238&mapsearch=go
building 7 is at 77 masachusetts avenue (about a 10 minute walk across
campus from the kendall T stop or a 15 minute walk straight down mass
ave from central T stop)

For the record, my lovely wife pointed out that the 22nd is her
birthday. Which reminded me that the Heroes season premiere is that
night, so I'll obviously have to <s>watch that</s> take her out to
dinner :)

Have fun,

While I won't be in town on the 22nd, I'll look forward to the next
meeting in October.
