YOUR IDEA OR CHANGE changing the current evaluated system. Have our volume measured from Jan-Dec , as opposed to once a yr for 2 weeks. Start our new evaluation time in Feb. They get to keep the evaluated system and it makes it more fair for the rurals. We get mail from the heaviest period and the lighest period thru the year. If USPS knows we only do a count for 2 weeks every year it gives them 12 months to figure out how to minupulate the count. If we changed the process to volume per year it eliminates the chance for them to cheat the carriers.
