When an RCA assigned to an aux route takes vacation or a day off what is the order of consideration for filling that route while they are absent?

There is no matrix for an aux route.  The route "should" be covered during the vacation by the next senior rca trained on the route.  if that is you, it should be you covering it.  If you are senior and not trained, get trained.

There is no contractual provisions that require management to train an RCA on an aux route. The senior available leave replacement would be assigned to the route regardless if they have run it before or not.

not always I am senior and my pm gave the junior carrier work on a route that I did not know just because the junior beg saying stuff like she needed the money cause she did not have hot water.so the union said that the time passed to complain.so i filed an eeo pm managers do not always do what is right and these day's the union sucks.so do whatever u have to

So you let the time pass and couldn't file a grievance even though you knew it was wrong? And that was the unions fault so the union sucks? If you would have filed a grievance it would have made you look like the bad guy, even though you would have been right. Bad situation to be in but not the unions fault, at least in this case. You could have filed a grievance and both of you could have gotten paid. The carrier would have been paid for doing the route. You could have asked to be made whole in your grievance.
