Hello deegree developers, (especially the ones that use IDEs like Eclipse)
I have added a new library to the d3_core module, in the lib/ directory.
The ivy script references it accordingly. All you have to do - if you
are using Eclipse/NetBeans - is to add it to your classpath, so no
compilation errors appear.
