Hi folks,

I'm trying to collect informations on Plone performances / deployments.
The goal is to produce a good presentation that can help decision
makers choose (or not choose) Plone.
Results of tests, diagrams with the Zope/Plone architeture, diagrams
of good Plone delopyments are heavily needed.

Please help, the results will help Plone market better.

cheers,
Francesco

We have done quite a lot of performance work the last year as part of
a large intranet deployment (7000 logged-in users). I'll try to dig up
some data.

Hi Francesco,

I did a presentation for World Plone Day that may be useful to you:
http://www.slideshare.net/dixond/why-the-new-zealand-government-and-others-choose-plone-presentation/

It covers generic stuff like security/i18n etc, and also a specific
deployment done for one of the government departments here in New Zealand,
including numbers of page hits on Plone, architecture diagram, etc.

Hope this helps,

I would be very interested in seeing this data as well. I had a meeting with Novell a couple weeks ago, and they were asking for examples of Plone being used for large companies with lots of authenticated users.
