Law Exercise in Portland, Oregon

I listened to your QFiles report over the web. Your recent broadcast
where 'Hawk' told about martial law exercises in Texas was intriguing.
[The Beginning of the Bloodbath]
I was caught in such an show of force in Portland today. My car was
delayed for an hour and a half without any legal reason.
At about 10:30 in the morning miles of cars were blocked by very slow
moving 'official' vehicles. The autos were not cop cars or state police
vehicles. They were unmarked, small vehicles. They were red and blue in
color.
These small German cars were running blinking red, blue lights. Also
the headlights were blinking. They blocked off a major boulevard here
in Portland. The occasion was set for after the Shamrock Run today. The
road blockage was miles away from the run. The run was over by 10 AM.

These small unmarked vehicles blocked miles of traffic by slowing down
to 1 mph. I was trapped near the front so I was able to see what was
happening. Near the end of blocked roadway there was a tall guy in a
BLACK uniform.
No identifying markings or uniform ensignia were visible. I rolled down
the driver window and demanded to know on what authority they had
blocked the road.
This fake cop spoke with a Russian accent (or other thick Eastern
European accent). He told me 'You must make a U-turn. You cannot turn
left here.' I told him I was very angry and he had no right to stop my
car. He then said, 'You are free to make complaint with the people in
charge . . .'
I have known about such things going on for years. In 1997, I contacted
Al Cuppett about similar events going on in Long Beach, California. On
that occasion I saw an unmarked Black Helicopter doing surveillance on
a house. The helo had some sort of electronic gear just under the nose.
Cuppett and I sent a few letters back and forth. He was talking about
secret FEMA prison camps way back then. He also sent me photo of a box
car full of guillotines.

guillotines.......
