For those who are going to be in Sydney next week and would like to work
on MapServer at the Code Sprint, please enter your name on the wiki page
so the organizers can get a sense for attendance numbers:
   http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2009_Code_Sprint#MapServer

We will focus mainly on the 5.6.0 release, hopefully polishing things
for a (final?) release candidate.

All contributions welcome: developers, testers, docs contributors.

I hope to see some of you there!

Daniel

Excellent! I have added a section in the wiki to list those who plan on
participating through IRC and started it with your name.

There is a World Clock link to the Code Sprint's start time in the wiki,
I have copied it here:
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingdetails.html?year=2009&month=10&day=23&hour=22&min=0&sec=0&p1=240&p2=250&p3=137&p4=136

Just a quick reminder of the MapServer Code Sprint tomorrow (Saturday in
Sydney) where we will work on the 5.6 release, and there is also talk of
working on support for a XML Mapfile import/export module in QGIS. We
should have Richard Duivenvoorde from the QGIS project with us to work
on that.

All the information is in the quoted email below.

See you tomorrow!

Daniel
