All,

According to Zac's suggestion, I add two properties into serverconfig.ini to set a limitation of pinned connections per FDO providers in order to avoid exhausting the avaiable FDO connections through pinned connections.

Can you review it?

I think we still need a way to flush pinned connections tho, short of
restarting the server

Hi Zac,

I add two properties PinnedDataConnectionTimeout and PinnedDataConnectionTimerInterval to set time duration in seconds through property 'PinnedDataConnectionTimeout' for when an idle pinned FDO connection is dropped.
