Managing Styles

hi

 Im new to geoserver and im having a nightmare with setting up styles. The problem is the code is not working and it do not override any of the default styles. Can some one help me with that.

I was using the example code avalable is the lab examples. Its really a big assistance.

Wrong mailing list. Use GeoServer-users instead (and I can assure you
changing styles do work for a lot of people, please provide some details
on what you're trying to do and a step by step list of your actions
against the user interface so that we can figure out what's going on).
