YOUR IDEA OR CHANGE Manager or Supervisors who willfully or repeatedly violate the provisions of the Agreement (contract) shall be subject to disciplinary action as determined by the next level of authority in concert with the union official serving that higher level.

Never doubt that a small, group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has..

It would be nice if there were consequence for when the USPS and it managers order employees to work without pay, off the clock or do not follow the rules.  However, having a grievance filed against is a badge of honor.

I have been told by shop steward in Maryland Rural Carriers have always worked off the clock for FREE.  When they took away Saturdays off and did not convert RCA's to PTF.  OUR shop steward is MARYLAND supported that.  They are representatives of the UNION were not going to allow RCA to have benefit.

NRLCA is a JOKE!

Craft members are subject to progressive discipline for repeated violations.  I see no reason why a manager who has been told they have done wrong and repeats the violation should not get more than a second slap on the wrist.  I believe that their bonuses should be cut for poor performance.
