Malayalam Transliteration based scim input scheme

Hi,
        Attached the Transliteration based input method table for
Malayalam(ml_IN). This scheme is known as Swanalekha in Malayalam. It
will be great if somebody in scim developers to verify and add to SCIM
Tables.

Attached file contains
a) Malayalam-phonetic.txt.in - The mapping table
b) Malayalam-phonetic.png - The icon image
