During the mail count, the supervisor counted our dismounts, and because we had a holiday on that Monday, we got Saturday for the extra day. When it came time to count the dismounts, for instance, I have 20 dismounts Monday thru Friday, and on Saturday I only have 14. That we give me a total of 114 in each week. Since we had the holiday in their, and most of my dismounts are businesses, that Saturday did not make a difference. When we got our 4241A my dismounts said that I only have 112 in each week. I told the supervisor, and he said it was because we had the holiday. I tried to explain to him that we don't always have a holiday in every week. There are 52 weeks in each year, minus the 10 holidays, equals 42 dismounts each week that we are not getting paid for. In my case I have 2 dismounts that are not accounted for, so therefore it is 84 dismounts that I am not getting paid for. He said the district told him to add all the dismounts, and divide by 4 and the amount that you come up with is a decimal amount and he was to round down. That means everyone is getting screwed in our office, by at least 1 dismount. Please tell me how this is fair.
