Grammy,

Make sure you input the time format like this

Say you need to input 4 minutes and 29 seconds

You have to do this

00:04:29

Entering the times in a different format will skew the numbers big time...

If you entered the time correctly, it is all right. The 109 in the total box is 109 minutes. The total box shows mmm:ss. So if you had 3 hours 29 minutes 34 sec., the total would be 109:34 .

First off. Thanks for putting these calculators together for us. I did have trouble with my time. I was putting it in wrong and after reading this thread I've figured it out and got my evaluation. So far I've lost an hour.

Are you asking for the directions to be clear?
I don't think they can.
If that calculator seems daunting try the simplified. It still lets you enter daily and still gives you an evaluation.
Make sure you fill out row with route info.Enter time as HH:MM:SS

Hi.. I redownloaded everything and like you mine was showing the same result. Have you already figure out what to do with it? I have open office. Everything is protected though.

Only the cells with formulas/text are protected. The  cells where you enter data are not protected. It will show that result until you enter data. If you want to unprotect sheet ( at risk of changing formulas) the password is rural.

Did you download w/pay? Are you trying to enter data on Evaluation page? You enter data on 4241s. Look at tabs at bottom of spreadsheet. If you can't see all of the tabs, use arrows on bottom left until the tabs are visible.

Some javascript/style in this post has been disabled (why?)
I ended up downloading the OpenOffice version and seemed as though everting worked fine. I also believe that the Excel version was fixed, but not sure....

Thanks PT. I did finally get that right but new question for you.
Under the data description 16 & 17 ---the allowance factors are for (16) 98 and for (17) 113, they are coming out under office time as follows under (16) as 28 and (17) as 32.
This is not correct is it? Shouldn't they both be the same? Thanks for your help.

The first numbers 98 & 113 are your totals for count ( so you can check accuracy with your PM). Remember you evaluation is based on an average week for your route. So the times you are seeing 28 & 32 are your average times for a weekly evaluation.

You are averaging 4 minutes 40 seconds a day Loading time
You are averaging 5 minutes 20 seconds a day "R" time

On column 26 are they suppose to list all the return receipts for our certifieds? We are all L routes in our office and none of us have any time there. We do not use firm books?

Only if you are a " L " route and use a firm book. So you wouldn't get that credit.

Oh thank you! I was about to burst into tears because I accidentally deleted it and then could not remember if it was supposed to be there or not...I would be about a 45H not a barely 43K! Thanks! I will have to redo the whole thing but that's ok! thanks!

If you're using the w/pay it should show a total on the Evaluation page. If not,you might need to re download the calc.( might have deleted formula).
