OK so I do not compute well.  I thought I had saved the weekly count sheet to make a running go at it.  My computer ate it.  I am unable to find the daily sheet to make daily entries and generate weekly totals for the 2 weeks now and the 4 weeks later.  I saw this form two or three days ago but it is no longer here.   Can it be reposted??

When I try to enter  Weekly Count Calcualtor   I am given  2009with-pay+short.excel.xls   This form ask for totals to date and does not allow toenter each day as you go along.  The opening page shows the form I saw last week with examples of where to enter daily values and give the totals for 2 weeks of col. 1 and then 2 weeks of totals for col.2.........   The 2009w-pay form is asking for the totals to date and allows to change the # of weeks or the decimal equivalant of the weeks completed.   I do not have the form for the totals.  Where is this located? Has my computer eaten it also??

OK I think I know what you're saying. First, if you need to redownload a calculator use the link posted above.
Second, are you saying you can only see the evaluation page? Look to the left of the tabs at the bottom. You can click on the arrows to show
the other sheet's tabs.
Hope that was what you needed.

A stupid question about the mileage, cbu umbers parcel lockers ect. On the top line of the worksheet you input the numbers from whatever source you get them from, i used my driveline.

The question i have is...do you enter the number for each week? or is it calculated as you go?
ex: i have 60 cbu's...so do i enter 60 only?
or do i put 120 in if we are into the second week of count?

same for miles....i have 17
     do i enter 34 for 2 weeks, 51 for 3 weeks, 68 for 4 weeks?

Thanks in advance

It does ask on the calculator if you get withdrawl time and if you have a government vehicle, which I have both but on the final evaluation, the values are not inserted? any one know why? and this will make a difference of an hour for me.

you would only put the actual numbers of ndcbus  but make sure on the side of spreadsheet you have the number of days of count correct and it will do the math for you. hope this helps

If you can't see a tab, use the arrows on the bottom left to move the sheets.
You could try the newest simple calcs.

Spell Yes or NO make sure first letter is capitalized. If route is under 22.22 miles download newest calculator.
