Make sure you enter vehicle load and column 17 correctly.   (HH:MM:SS)
It worked for me after I did that.

Check what Pats2 said. You're route time looks right. Your office time is waaayyy off.
Time is entered HH:MM:SS so 5min 30 sec. loading would be 00:05:30.

As far as the time your reading under the columns, 110 would be hours ( which we know is wrong) and 51 is minutes. so right know it thinks your route is eval. at 110 hours and 51 minutes.(Look at the labels under these numbers.)

I'm looking for a "running eval" 2nd part of your response. A few years back there was a program available allowing you to enter your data daily showing you what your eval was up to that specific day during the count. Its outdated now. Most folks are desperately trying to find all the minutes they can. However there are circumstances when you need to loose a few minutes of say loading time to stay below certain standard hours. I've been around awhile, been burned high end as well as low by as little as a minute!   Thanks.

Not sure what you're asking.
You want to figure your eval. for each day individually? ie: Sat. is 43k,Tues 45K,etc..
Do you want a running eval. that represents your eval. as it progresses after 1 day then 2?ie: Sat. your a 43k after Tuesday route is a 44k.

These calculators will do "Running Evaluations". The past calculators needed you to change the number of days, that have occurred manually. These calculators will automatically do it. They add a day if there is data in the letter column ( anything over one). So if you want to plug in numbers to forecast make sure you have something in the letter column. On the Eval. page top right is a box showing how many days the calculator is using at that time.

Hey,

I have been using count calculators for about 6 years and never had a problem before that I could not find an answer to but it seems as though I am the only one here that has this problem. I entered all my information into the daily calculator but when I click on the "Evalulation" tab at the bottom where my route evalulation should be it comes up with ....
H Route #VALUE! Low Option #VALUE!
J Route #VALUE! #VALUE!
K Route #VALUE! High Option #VALUE!
                        #VALUE!
Not sure what I am doing wrong?! I checked my input values and made sure that all of the information that should be imputted is there and correct. Help!

-Thanks for your time!

Are you getting totals on the Eval page for Office Time and Route Time?
Does the standard Time show the hours and minutes?

You could upload your spreadsheet to this thread and I can check. My first guess would be you inadvertendly
changed a formula. The formula can't resovle so it displays value.
Try downloading again.I protected the formulas so that they can't be changed.

Hello,

Just re-downloaded the "2009 Count Calculator-With Pay Calculation" for excel and re-inputted just 1 day of numbers to see if it worked and I had the same problem with it. Any other ideas of what I am doing wrong?

Could you upload the file. When you post click "More Options","Upload File",browse to find on your computer, then upload.
It seems the Mail Count page doesn't have my newest calculators. They are located in the first thread "Mail count calculators" on the first page.

Dee are you using the appropriate program?
The Excel will only work with Microsoft Office or Excel. They will not work with Microsoft Works.
The Open Office calcs. would need Open Office.
