Looking for something close to the mountains or in them even better.  All routes considered
Lake Worth Florida  is just south of West Palm Beach.  Nice office, 49 routes, most have llvs, some Hs, some Js and a few Ks.  Good mgmt team.  No FSS.  Real Estate is really cheap here now, to buy or even rentals.  Three ways consirdered too.
