Logs are getting cleared sometimes

How can the Logs get cleared sometimes but not always ?

FirePHP headers are fine, Made sure with Live HTTP Headers
Its not a page redirection issue. Made sure with Live HTTP Headers, And the FireBug "Net" Panel.
My script is requesting 1 main page, 1 css file, 5 images.

I deliberately inserted a javascript error into the main file. I noticed that
1. sometimes, both js error and firePHP logs are displayed for a brief period and the firePHP logs vanishes.
2. some other times only js errors are displayed.
3. other times, both of them are displayed

seems interclue firefox addon is the cause for this. the same page with interclue disabled is working fine. pls confirm this.
