If the carrier is required to re enter the building after loading (i.e to take the parcel hamper back inside, place the hot case card in the hot case, and then to sign out on the trip sheet) the loading time should not stop here. We are required to do the above, which means that we are required to leave our case once AGAIN to return BACK to the LLV/POV. Therefore, the loading time should include all of the time all the way back to the LLV/POV to leave for the route.

I like this.  Some carriers must use elevators or several flights of stairs or return to vehicles moved out of the loading area.  This could be considerable time.
