List of certified executing brokers?

Marketcetera sounds like a really cool platform. Some questions:
1. Is there a list of broker dealers certified or tested with marketcetera already?
2. Are there any existing arrangements or referral deals in place with any back-end order execution brokers?
3. Are there any code samples for how to subscribe to specific types of market data and place orders with whichever broker?

As per SEBI's Direct market access policy (http://bseindia.com/dma.asp), only institutional clients could avail direct orders with the exchanges. Also algorithmic trading has to go through a lot of bureaucratic procedures I believe.
