LinguaPlone bug? Changing language of initially created content

Hello,

I'm using Plone 3.1.7 with LinguaPlone 2.4.  Initially, I created a few Large Plone Folders that, by default, got set to English.  Now I would like to change them to language neutral so that these folders will appear regardless of the user's preferred language (which, from the LinguaPlone documentation, should be possible to do).

So from my large plone folder, I hit the Translate Into --> Manage Translations option, and select "Language Neutral" from the Change content language menu.  Instead of changing my folder's language, it creates a new language neutral Large Plone Folder.

Is this a bug?  Or am I misunderstanding how this is supposed to work?  Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks

The same happened to me. Changing language is know only possible through Edit.
I think the current situation is missleading for most of the users.

regards, Martin.
