In relation to insurance being claimed on death of partner I have been asked to obtain a document from a notaris but can't find out what the document is and as the person I spoke to couldn't answer in english it got a little confusing with the spelling being in Dutch ...the words I have written down from that are   varklrfe gvarfrazrt.....can anyone decifer this and translate it to english for me...all I know is it is a legal document required to claim insurance...thank you so much for trying ....Clueless

The spelling you have is pretty messed up indeed. The first word might be something like "voorlopig" which means "temporary" or it could be translated as 'advance' in some cases, like an advance to something.
to claim in Dutch is 'reclameren' or we use the english term 'claim'. The word for insurance is verzekering in Dutch.
