LOC Chart encoding with statsvn 0.5.0

I had upgrade from statsvn 0.4.1 to 0.5.0 and got a problem when generate loc chart with month encoding. It shows square square...is there any config I can modify?I had already use -charset encoding before and on 0.4.1 it works fine but 0.5.0.
