I'm only guessing here, but it seems you installed either the LAME direct
show
filter or the LAME ACM.
Go to "Device Manager -> Audio -> Audiocodecs" porperty page. There you
find all installed ACM audiocodecs on your computer. If "LAME ACM MP3
Codec"
is listed, then you can disable it or change the priority to very low
(a high number IIRC).
