How does an L route get paid?
I'm told that it receives 80% of the salary, but how is that determined?  I have looked for a pay scale for L routes, but can't find one.
Any help is appreciated.

The same as any other route.  The classification just means it has greater than 12 boxes per mile.

The 80% misconception may be from the time credit difference per box between an L and non-L route.  An L route receives 1.82 per box, while a non-L receives 2.00 per box credit for evaluation differences.
