Keyboard layout table for Czech language

Hallo,

I have new china low-cost subnotebook and because scim was the only
chance how to change keyboard layout, I had to create new table for
czech language. I would like to share it with others, so what I have
to do to make it available in scim-tables package ? Thank you for your
suggestions.
