Hi Everyone dont know if Ive done this right but will give it a go, ive been hoovering for days but I am here now to stay lol I haven't been able to put piccy on, but will try tomorrow. Oh to introduce myself I am Heather I am the scatty one who talks to much lol I am fifty (cough cough ) lol I am married, me and hubby have 5 children between us, and also 5 granchildren who light up my life, oh and a persian cat called blue and a lasha apso called bobby. I was diagnosed 2 years ago, but I have had the symtoms for a few years but nobody knew what it was. I am the one that gets into stupid situations, and i do silly things, but not on purpose. Shall I tell you one, well a few years ago I was having a bad time, I fell over and broke my arm, my nose , my teeth etc I looked like I had been in a car crash lol well everything was going wrong, then I had a breast cancer scare, so I had got to go to the hospital, well a few days before i was sitting on the floor,looked at the bottom of my foot and it was all golden brown like a big bruise, so I thought not something else.So I went out looked at it later and it had got worse, so i rang my daughter to tell her and she said ring the dr, but i said wait till ive been to the hospital. Anyway my foot was getting worse I started to limp, so i went to hospital about the cancer thing, had more tests and they said i was fine, so when we got home my daughter rang me and said now get an appointment foor your bad foot, so I said ok, sat down took my boots off then saw something on the floor that had fell out of my boot, it was a teabag, I had somehow dropped a teabag in my boot and it was colouring the botton of my foot lol the mysterious problem with my foot had been caused by a teabag, so you see this is what your dealing with guys lol and there is loads more things like that ive done.
Anyway I am going to try to post this, fingers crossed everyone

Hellooooooooo everyone!! It's probably a well known fact that I'm an annoyingly positive person!! Had fibro forever but diagnosed by a physio in 2000, saw a rheumatologist just the once and was sent on my merry way with a leaflet for advice and help!! Found the North Somerset Fibro support group soon after and with some very special new friends and a lot of tears and smiles later I have arrived at this point in my life 8 years later feeling more at ease with my condition and with a whole load of great new friends!!
I find life a lot easier if I wake up and tell myself what a fabulous day it's going to be and then take it bit by bit - works for me anyhow!!
Amazing how you get an image in yer mind eh?
